1. Nothing is shipped
Maarga helps you discover, plan, personalise and book pilgrimage journeys. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges, couriers or delivery addresses.
2. How your booking is confirmed
A booking is confirmed only when the Maarga app displays a confirmation or when Maarga sends a confirmation. Confirmations and service messages go to you in the app and to the contact details on your booking.
3. When the services are delivered
The services you book are delivered on the dates of your confirmed itinerary. Transport, accommodation, temple access, guides, meals and other parts of a journey may be delivered by independent providers, coordinated by Maarga with reasonable care.
4. Changes and cancellations
Changes to dates, itinerary changes and cancellations follow our Cancellation & Refunds policy and the Terms & Conditions.
